This software and all associated files, source code, object code, designs,
documentation, and materials (collectively, the "Software") are the exclusive
property of the SPN Coin Project and its owner (the "Owner").

The Software is PROPRIETARY and CONFIDENTIAL. It is NOT open source, NOT free
software, and is NOT licensed to the public.


1. NO LICENSE GRANTED
   No license, right, or permission of any kind is granted to any person or
   entity except by a separate, explicit, written agreement signed by the
   Owner. Absent such an agreement, you have NO right to use the Software.


2. PROHIBITED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION
   Without the prior explicit written permission of the Owner, you may NOT:
     (a) copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software in whole or in part;
     (b) distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer it;
     (c) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from it;
     (d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the
         source code or underlying ideas or algorithms;
     (e) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary
         notice;
     (f) use the Software, its code, its structure, or its content as the
         basis for any other product or project;
     (g) host, deploy, or operate the Software for the benefit of any third
         party.


3. CONFIDENTIALITY
   The Software contains trade secrets and confidential information of the
   Owner. You must keep it strictly confidential and must not disclose it to
   any third party.


4. OWNERSHIP
   All right, title, and interest in and to the Software — including all
   intellectual property rights — remain exclusively with the Owner. This
   license does not transfer any ownership.


5. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
   LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS
   USE.


7. ENFORCEMENT
   Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or disclosure of the Software
   is a violation of this license and of applicable intellectual property law,
   and may result in civil and criminal penalties. The Owner reserves the
   right to pursue all available legal remedies.


8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
   The Software incorporates certain third-party open-source components, each
   under its own license. Those components remain under their respective
   licenses; see the NOTICE file. This proprietary license applies to the SPN
   Coin Project's own code and to the Software as a whole, not to those
   third-party components in isolation.
